What to know before starting the heat.

Here are the most important information that participants need to know before registering for the Ultra Garda Lake. Get your adventure ready!

1) The race is free. 

2) The organizers are not responsible for damages, accidents, thefts, or any other liability related to participation in this tour.

3) Follow always our route.

4) We have divided the route in 3 legs but feel free to accomplish the race taking your times. Could be in one day or in seven. It's up to you. We do not recommend to travel at night for safety reasons (there are wolf and bears in the area).

5) Have fun

The unique challenges of the journey

In addition to the distance of 212 kilometers and the positive elevation gain of 5590 meters, prepare to face unique challenges during the Ultra Garda Lake race. Technical routes, changes in altitude, and varying weather conditions will test your endurance and skills.

Support along the way

During the Ultra Garda Lake, participants will have no support along the route. Every rider must provide itself water, food, and energy to tackle the challenge.

Rules and mandatory equipment

Before participating in the Ultra Garda Lake, it is essential to know the specific rules and mandatory equipment. Ensure that you comply with all the provisions to guarantee a safe and fair race. Carefully check the regulations to best prepare yourself.

1) Always wear safety gear.

2) No e-bikes are allowed to register times and access our Golden Register.

3) You will have to provide a dowloadable file with alla the stats about your juorney to enter the Golden Register (please upload to page "YOUR STORY"

4) The total time will be counting from day/hour of start to day/hour of finish in Soiano. Sleeping or resting hours will be calculated as travelling hours.
